The aim is to reduce emissions by 50% by 2030, including through more efficient snow production, smarter lighting and electric snowmobiles.
Comrod has now delivered two 30-metre high composite poles for the 130kV line at the ski slope in Åre. The poles have a very long life, do not require maintenance, and are produced in a factory with Nordic, renewable energy.
We collaborate with SINTEF Energi to continuously improve the environmental footprint of the poles. Both the production line and the installation methods have been developed with a view to minimizing environmental impact.
We are proud to contribute to the upgrading of the power grid in Sweden and Norway!
